The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing, developing, and expanding strategic client relationships within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. This role ensures customer satisfaction, drives business growth, and promotes the full range of Industrial Instrumentation and Control Systems (IICS) solutions.
The KAM will identify client needs, deliver tailored solutions, achieve assigned sales targets, and maximize revenue opportunities within key accounts while aligning account strategies with IICS’s business objectives.
