Restoration Lead Technician

Description

The Water Damage Mitigation Technician is responsible for delivering high‑quality water mitigation services, including extraction, drying, demolition, debris removal, equipment setup, and crew supervision.

• Perform high‑quality water mitigation services
• Conduct water extraction and place/monitor drying equipment
• Execute demolition and remove debris from damaged drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
• Set up containment, decontaminate, and monitor remediation equipment
• Configure the van and job site according to proper procedures
• Lead and manage a work crew, handling job cleanup and breakdown
• Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
• Participate in an on‑call rotation schedule

Requirements

Ideal candidates have water mitigation experience, can handle physical demands such as lifting 50–100 lb and working in tight or elevated spaces, hold a valid driver’s license, and are willing to participate in an on‑call rotation. IICRC certification is preferred but not required.

• Experience in water mitigation (IICRC certification preferred)
• Lift at least 50 lb regularly, up to 100 lb with assistance
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Benefits

Compensation includes a base pay range of $26–$37 per hour and company‑paid medical insurance, among other benefits.
