The Water Damage Mitigation Technician is responsible for delivering high‑quality water mitigation services, including extraction, drying, demolition, debris removal, equipment setup, and crew supervision.
Ideal candidates have water mitigation experience, can handle physical demands such as lifting 50–100 lb and working in tight or elevated spaces, hold a valid driver’s license, and are willing to participate in an on‑call rotation. IICRC certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation includes a base pay range of $26–$37 per hour and company‑paid medical insurance, among other benefits.
