You’ll be capable of working as a team, and coordinating the different contributors to a project, and using your first-class communication skills you will effectively motivate and communicate with the wider teams, in order to influence others to ensure that the required programmes are met.

Needs to be a "competent person" with deep knowledge of Building safety legislation such as BSA 2022, Building Regulations, CDM, building types including HRB’s, and specifically internal fire remediation works.
Qualification desirable but not essential: European Qualifications Framework (EQF) Level 5+ qualifications or similar, professional body registration (like BAFE SP205/IFSM/IFE)
The role requires an individual with both strong on-site practical experience and desk top experience.
