

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers' storage needs, recommend and sell packing and moving supplies, perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls.
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, spend up to 50 % of the time outdoors—including climbing stairs and opening large doors—and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris.
Successful candidates typically have customer‑service sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service environments, and must hold a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement is provided).
