Can work a weekend schedule as needed.
Bend, twist & turn in a safe manner
Participates in plant safety objectives.
Implement and ensure compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned areas.
Ensure quality operation of the process, perform quality checks and controls, including adherence to cleaning and maintenance.
Wear appropriate protective equipment as required, dress and conducts self in a safe manner.
Responsible for all aspects of molding operations, i.e., work instructions, standard operating procedures, and revision control
Prepare and maintain accurate production records and follow standard operating procedures.
Avoids or prevents hazardous conditions from developing.
Keeps work area clean and orderly and maintains Lean 5S.
Ensure shift change is completed forms are completed with accurate and appropriate information.
Keep track of approved, defective units and final product
Maintain pre-determined efficiency, standards, and productivity rates.

Prior manufacturing experience or quality control experience Preferred
Strong math skills
Can work overtime to meet Business Objectives
Good hand dexterity
High School diploma/GED is required
Lift up to 40 Pounds
Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
Ability to read and understand various written instructions in English
Ability to speak and write in clear English communications
Understand and follow plant safety and procedures.
