Client Services & Inside Sales Representative

Description

• Revisit open estimates, overcome objections, and schedule follow-up appointments for closing.
• Collaborate with service teams to support scheduling needs and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Conduct outbound follow-up and rehash on HVAC, maintenance, and plumbing appointments.
• Manage customer communication through targeted campaign mailers, texts, and email outreach.
• Track performance metrics and CRM data to meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals.
• Make customer satisfaction “happy calls” to ensure service excellence and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Comfort working with quotas, performance metrics, and outbound call targets.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in inside sales, call center, dispatch, or customer service role (preferred).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM or call management software.
