The Manager – Production Operations leads a team of supervisors and frontline staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Candidates must have at least seven years of manufacturing operations experience, including two years in a management role, preferably in a final‑assembly and test environment for an OEM. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field is required, and Lean Six Sigma or quality‑excellence certifications are preferred. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, are essential.

S&C provides a transparent and competitive compensation package, with an estimated annual base salary ranging from $128,080 to $169,176.60. Pay is determined by performance, skills, experience, and education, and the role is eligible for the company’s annual incentive plan.
