Support Citizen Developers in the business in understanding how to use AGOL/Survey 123 to develop their own FDC forms
Create Field Data Collection (FDC) forms from analog versions or examples from alternative digital platforms provided by various disciplines within Stantec ES.
Follow appropriate documentation and change control processes.
Support formal user acceptance testing activities such as test case creation, execution, and issue resolution.
Engage with ES Data Practice FDC leadership to better understand processes and formulate solutions given a set of requirements.
Independently shepherd a solution from development to deployment to ongoing support.
Transparently communicate issues and resolutions, seek clarifications to align with project teams, and escalate with resolution steps taken.
Development of Azure logic apps and Azure functions to extend the Power Platform capabilities.
Provide support for the platform to ensure staff using the tools remain productive and billable.
Adhere to Stantec’s data security requirements.
Develop solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing applications using the AGOL and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Responsible for production environment and evaluation of production code, including code review of junior and intermediate team members.

7+ years of handson experience using the ESRI platform with an emphasis on their field data collection ecosystem (Survey123 FDC form development, Field Maps integration, and Experience Builder)
Understanding and experience working with agile development practices.
7+ years of handson experience in a professional software development environment.
Excellent knowledge of standard concepts, best practices, and procedures within a Power Platform environment.
Experience with leveraging data from ERPs, particularly Oracle is highly desirable.
Experience in test planning, preparation, and execution.
ESRI AGOL, Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps project and form development experience is required.
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Online (preferred, but not required)
Familiarity with Jira, Gitlab or Confluence.
Capable of developing both prototype and enterpriseclass solutions.
Proactive communicator

Experience using Microsoft’s Power Platform.
