Service Technician

Description

• Maintain verbal and written communications with customers and others as seen necessary in a professional manner
• To attend the customer’s site to perform preventative maintenance on all compressed air generating equipment.
• Liaise with the technical or office-based personnel to achieve a clear understanding of specific job requirements as necessary
• To attend the customer’s site to perform breakdown repairs on all compressed air generating equipment.
• Liaise with customers to ensure that any work is done with their approval
• Operate in accordance with company EHS guidelines

Requirements

• Must be customer centric
• Ability to work alone possessing a balanced judgement
• PC literate
• Extensive product knowledge within the compressed air industry
• Proven diagnostic skills on complicated electrical/mechanical systems
• Full driving license
• Ability to communicate well and deal with others
• Willing to travel at short notice
