- Monitor financial control, including variations, and keep accurate budget records.
- Procure labour, subcontractors, materials, and equipment within budget.
- Deliver end-to-end project management, ensuring scope, budget, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Proactively identify and report security risks or incidents.
- Work on high-profile, large-scale energy projects shaping the UK's infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed work instructions and ensure installation teams are fully briefed.
- Highlight training needs or issues via the correct reporting system.
- Undertake final quality audits and submit accurate documentation for client/DNO approval.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Tendering, and Design teams to ensure designs align with client requirements.
- Coordinate all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Use all equipment and PPE correctly and in accordance with training.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
- Represent the company professionally as a Rock ambassador, supporting repeat business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures.
- Ensure compliance with NRSWA, HAUC, DNO, and IDNO specifications.
- Always follow company and Group H&S policies and procedures.
- Engage clients for design feedback and approval submissions.
- Promote and enforce a culture of Health, Safety & Quality across all project activities.
- Manage a portfolio of projects and maintain accurate internal/external reporting.
- Plan programmes of work with key client contacts, establishing milestones and deliverables.
- Report deficiencies, hazards, or risks promptly.
- Conduct audits on site activities and suppliers, raising and mitigating non-conformances.
- Provide photographs and documentation for case studies and client satisfaction reviews.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within HV/LV installations – Essential
