Proficiency in PLS-CADD, MFAD, AutoCAD, and other industry software.
Advanced knowledge of overhead & underground Transmission facilities and understanding of their integration into daily activities.
This is a supervisory level position requiring 10+ years of experience in Power Transmission Design.
Must be able to effectively supervise a team of Engineers & Engineering Technicians while maintaining work product quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
Experience providing technical direction for a department/organization in the field of expertise.
Professional disposition and the ability to be open-minded when it comes to planning and execution of projects being worked on by staff.
Advanced degree in an associated field
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical, Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
Experience leading an engineering team, demonstrating proficiency in resource management and delegation of engineering tasks.
