  • Manage professional engineers and staff in complex engineering areas such as systems engineering, manufacturing liaison, and configuration control.
  • Lead the Electrical Axillaries engineering team within the national TLS function, ensuring effective resource allocation for project milestones.
  • Coordinate work programs, direct equipment and material use, and oversee project delivery and accomplishment of objectives.
  • Review technical work, select and schedule staff, and make decisions on staff training, evaluation, and discipline.
  • Participate in planning, make independent decisions on engineering policies, and provide technical advice to management and operations.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Engineering Managers to align resources for engineering changes and report to the GM TLS Engineering.
