Prepare reports in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements.
Take ownership for all aspects of project performance including technical, safety, schedule, budget, reporting and client experience through entire project lifecycle.
Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve results.
Recognize, identify, track and control change.
Communicate and consult with appropriate stakeholders and supervisors.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with client functional leads and stakeholders.
Manage and direct the project team to ensure accountability. Mentor and coach team members.
Responsible for project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management.
Provide technical reviews when necessary.
Identify and control construction risk.
Support the reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget and other dashboard items.

Ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
Knowledge of High Pressure Gas Filled or High-Pressured Fluid Filled pipe type cable systems and associated equipment
PE License is a plus.
Experience with serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role.
Knowledge of CYMCAP modeling.
Knowledge of XLPE cable design.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities is critical to success.'
Construction and start-up experience a plus.
10 or more years of experience of leading a design team in the development of complex underground transmission projects.
Attention to detail.
Experience in cost estimate development and schedule creation and coordination.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
PMP Certification is a plus.
FSA & HSA
Knowledge of underground distribution or low voltage cable systems.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of technical plans, drawings, and models.
This position requires a BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or a business management degree.
Knowledge of cable tensioning calculations and software.
