You will be the primary point of contact for assigned projects, guiding SBD’s involvement from planning through closeout. The position requires building strong relationships with end users, contractors and subcontractors, promoting SBD’s value‑added products and services, and coordinating internal resources to ensure timely delivery and problem resolution. You will also develop engagement plans, identify new value opportunities, and monitor budgets and project metrics.
The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree—preferably in Business Management or Engineering—and at least ten years of experience in sales, marketing or related fields, with proven construction project management expertise. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications are a plus, along with proficiency in MS Office, SAP and mobile technology. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a track record of building and aligning teams to strategic goals are essential.
