- Conduct iterative reviews by running review sessions, collecting reviewer feedback, and refining materials based on results.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-component training projects, developing schedules, resource plans, and milestones, and managing cross-functional tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and instructional issues during development and review phases, escalating risks and implementing corrective actions to preserve schedule and quality.
- Design and develop military-compliant training materials, updating instructor guides, student manuals, job aids, and other content to meet military standards and learning objectives.
- Partner with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning outcomes, and customize solutions for specific platforms and user groups.
- Maintain and revise courseware for new functionality and parts, implementing updates, version control, and configuration management to ensure content reflects current standards.

- Capability in training development and instruction.
- BA/BS degree in engineering, instructional design, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
- Skills in HTML template writing, content management, and content development
- Experience in technical writing and document control.
- 8+ years of direct experience in military, aerospace, or complex technology-based training systems.
- FAA compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in MadCap Flare, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- MA/MS degree in engineering, instructional design, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
