  • Conduct iterative reviews by running review sessions, collecting reviewer feedback, and refining materials based on results.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-component training projects, developing schedules, resource plans, and milestones, and managing cross-functional tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and instructional issues during development and review phases, escalating risks and implementing corrective actions to preserve schedule and quality.
  • Design and develop military-compliant training materials, updating instructor guides, student manuals, job aids, and other content to meet military standards and learning objectives.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning outcomes, and customize solutions for specific platforms and user groups.
  • Maintain and revise courseware for new functionality and parts, implementing updates, version control, and configuration management to ensure content reflects current standards.

  • Capability in training development and instruction.
  • BA/BS degree in engineering, instructional design, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Skills in HTML template writing, content management, and content development
  • Experience in technical writing and document control.
  • 8+ years of direct experience in military, aerospace, or complex technology-based training systems.
  • FAA compliance knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MadCap Flare, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • MA/MS degree in engineering, instructional design, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
