Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and sections of the project cost reports
Preparing subcontract tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/c & finalising subcontract terms and conditions, financial & commercially manage to final account completion.
Manage both people & situations sensitively & to commercial advantages.
Represents the company and takes ownership for commercial & contractual tasks, including but not limited to:
Commercial support and management of critical detailed design.
Ensure compliance with internal commercial processes, procedures, and best practices.
