The Contract Manager is responsible for preparing, reviewing, executing, and managing all company contracts—whether with clients, suppliers, or subcontractors—to ensure full compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements. The role ensures that contractual obligations are clearly defined, risks are minimized, and all agreements support the company’s business objectives.
- Review technical and commercial proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare customized presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all contractual activities comply with legal, financial, and corporate policies.
- Review, draft, and refine contract documents including terms, conditions, and technical specifications.
- Assist in resolving disputes, claims, or deviations arising during contract execution.
- Support tendering, bidding, and procurement activities in line with company and client standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all contract-related files, correspondence, and revisions.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Support the operations team in ensuring project execution aligns with contract requirements.
- Prepare periodic contract status reports, progress updates, and issue logs for management.
- Coordinate with legal teams to validate contractual terms and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate contract terms, amendments, and renewals with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Deliver presentations or participate in seminars/training sessions relevant to contract management.
- Identify potential contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Issue necessary contractual notices to safeguard the company’s rights and interests.
- Oversee the contract management lifecycle—from initiation through execution to closure.

Contract Manager must have managed Contract for Project involved in the Industrial Instrumentation/ Automations/ Cloud SCADA/ DCUs/ Industrial IoT Solution for Oil & Gas/ Water/ Power & Energy/ Infrastructure Sectors.
** Wide knowledge to Technical Contract Negotiation, Estimation, support Bid, Review Contract, Proposal and Contract Execution. Involved in Claims and Disputes Management at the same time to reduce financial loss and focus on profit & growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Good understanding of legal terminology and contract law principles.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in contract management, procurement, commercial operations, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree—preferably in Law or Contract Management—is an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
