Land Entitlement Manager

Description

• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project approvals
• Lead all entitlement efforts across the region from Myrtle Beach, SC to Jacksonville, NC
• Manage rezoning applications, public hearings, and municipal approvals
• Oversee land planning, due diligence, and coordination with consultants and local jurisdictions

Requirements

We’re seeking an experienced Land Entitlements Manager to support our growing Coastal Carolinas division. This role will be based in our Myrtle Beach office, with the option to work from Wilmington for the right candidate.

• Background in engineering, land development, or managing entitlement efforts for a builder or development firm
• Several years of direct rezoning and land-planning experience required
• Strong candidates from the Raleigh market will also be considered due to proximity
• Coastal Carolinas or Wilmington/Myrtle Beach market experience preferred
