- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and part drawings to plan layout and welding procedures.
- Operate CNC robotic welding machines to meet production standards.
- Perform grinding, sanding, and secondary work as needed between weld cycles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and follow housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to quality and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with additional shop duties such as brake press operation or material handling during downtime.
- Use hands to handle, reach, and position materials.
- Maintain good visual acuity for detail work and weld inspection.

The work environment is a factory/manufacturing setting with exposure to moving machinery, loud noise, airborne particles, occasional chemicals, and humid conditions. Personal protective equipment is provided and required at all times.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED (required).
- Prefer experience operating robotic or CNC welding machines.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and basic shop math skills.
- Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
- Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
