Global HSSE analyst

Description

The Global HSSE Analyst role sits within the Global HSSE Centre of Excellence, providing analyst support to global, regional and local HSSE teams on a dayshift or night‑after‑hours schedule. The analyst ensures consistent administration, data accuracy and effective escalation across the HSSE platform.

Key duties include collaborating with HSSE and functional teams to uphold a “One JLL” approach, managing and updating HSSE documentation, working with subject‑matter experts to create JLL‑specific HSSE materials, and formatting and reviewing documents to meet required templates. The analyst also conducts HSSE reviews of supplier, client and transition media.

• Review HSSE policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Perform advanced HSSE data analysis.
• Accurately update HSSE information in software systems.
• Provide robust administration and analytical support.
• Collaborate across HSSE and functional teams for a unified approach.
• Manage updates to HSSE documentation and administration.
• Develop JLL‑specific HSSE documents with subject‑matter experts.
• Format, review, and edit HSSE documents to meet template standards.
• Conduct HSSE reviews of supplier, client, and organizational transition materials.
• Ensure data governance for accuracy, security, and continuity.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply a flexible, agile problem‑solving approach and simplify complexity.
• Drive continual improvement in HSSE processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an HSSE professional with at least two years of health‑and‑safety experience, preferably in contractor safety, and holds relevant qualifications. They must possess strong analytical, data‑governance, and problem‑solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable improvements, as well as excellent communication abilities.

• Communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Hold HSSE professional qualifications and a passion for HSSE excellence.
• Minimum 2 years experience in health and safety management, preferably contractor safety.
• Demonstrate dynamic analytical skills and translate complex data into actions.
• Possess first‑hand HSSE support experience.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
