Description

• You'll run workshops, map processes, and produce solid documentation
• You'll collaborate with project managers, developers and testers to ensure projects land smoothly
• You'll support the design, delivery, and rollout of new and existing software solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the BA function
• Help shape acceptance criteria, support UAT, and keep communication flowing
• As a BA in this organisation, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to turn complex needs into clear requirements

Requirements

MCS Group is seeking to connect with an ambitious Business Analyst with experience of delivering software development projects for a key client of theirs. Well established in Belfast, this firm specialises in driving digital transformation for their customers (who sit across both public and private sectors) through innovative software solutions - operating on a global scale. The Business Analyst will join their business at an exciting time of expansion for the organisation locally and will have the opportunity to deliver projects for a diverse customer base.

• Must have 5+ years continuous UK residency (for SC-clearance requirements)
• Nice-to-haves: BA certifications, enterprise software experience, or familiarity with regulated environments
• Proven ability to handle complex projects and produce high-quality requirements
• Experience with agile and/or waterfall delivery
• You'll have solid experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Technology ideally with a focus on software.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
