Assist E&C Project Compliance Group in maintaining the Company’s Engineering Standards for Project Documentation and other forms and guidelines used during Construction of Company facilities
Provide training to E&C Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Office personnel responsible for project documentation .
Represent Group during Federal and State agency construction audits
Perform field and internal audits during the construction projects to verify the required technical and engineering records are properly collected and uploaded to the Construction Document Management System in accordance with the Company Engineering Standards and state/federal regulations to ensure records are traceable, verifiable, and complete.
Provide guidance to project teams with procedural, compliance, or documentation issues.
Facilitate meetings with project teams and internal Subject Matter Experts to resolve issues.
Provide assistance with the continuous improvement of the Company’s Construction Project Management System

Must have thorough knowledge of pipeline and/or pipeline facility construction and appropriate engineering records including inspection, redline drawings, welding records, coating records, survey data, as-built drawings
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple concurrent assignments
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant work experience
Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting
Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills
Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and web based applications via a mobile device.
Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel
Driving, walking, and standing frequently, sometimes in excavations and uneven terrain
Working knowledge of pipeline drawings, surveys, welding, coatings and other associated topics
Must be able to work effectively away from traditional office environment (hotel, airports, roadside parks etc.)
Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment
Engineering degree or relevant technical training with 10 years of experience
Must be familiar with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 and other related industry standards, specifications, and codes.
