- Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Office, BIM software, and vendor-specific automation tools.
- Mentor entry-level engineers and design staff.
- Participate in professional development and industry events.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, vendors, and construction trade partners.

- Lead small projects or manage defined scopes of work on larger projects.
- Develop technical documentation including narratives, reports, drawings, and diagrams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- Familiarity with control system schematics, panel fabrication drawings, and field wiring plans.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a design firm setting.
- Working knowledge of electrical codes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam registration or completion.
- Ability to perform design calculations under supervision of a Lead or Senior Engineer.
- Design automation systems of basic complexity in compliance with codes and standards.
- Strong coordination skills across disciplines and with external partners.
- Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Experience with instrumentation and controls engineering calculations.
