Provide hands-on technical expertise in EPM concepts such as financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting with SAP BPC
System maintenance and provide ongoing technical support for SAP BPC and SAP FICO systems
Optimize Business Warehouse (BW) data models and ETL for performance and scalability
Lead performance tuning, audits, and compliance checks
Implement complex BAdIs and custom ABAP routines
Collaborate with the business for user requirements, carry out system and impact analysis and implement IT solutions by bridging business needs with technical capabilities

Expert in SAP BPC administration and multi-model architecture
Experience with data modeling and integration patterns
Strong knowledge of EPM concepts (planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation) and financial/accounting principles
Deep BW/ETL knowledge (data architecture, HANA optimization)
Familiarity with cloud architecture principles and security best practices is required
Leadership and strategic planning capabilities
Strong knowledge of the SAP-BPC EPM software platform. Proficiency with additional EPM software platforms (e.g.SAP-SAC, Anaplan, OneStream etc) will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO (or SAP ECC FICO) and SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
