Interior Design Manager | Client-Side | Hospitality

Description

• Prepare and maintain clear design documentation, presentations and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Influence the full design and delivery of hospitality venues that have meaningful community impact.
• Develop design concepts, briefs and creative direction aligned with each venue’s character and broader brand vision.
• Lead spatial planning, interior design, FF&E selection, finishes, materials, lighting and detailing.
• Work across a diverse pipeline of refurbishments, redevelopments and new-build projects.
• Manage project delivery across multiple sites — including procurement, contractor and supplier coordination, scheduling, site reviews and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, venue managers and operations teams to ensure design solutions meet functional, operational and budget requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in interior design, ideally with commercial or hospitality project exposure.
• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or similar.
• Strong design software capability (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, rendering tools).
• Experience in hospitality/F&B interiors (pubs, hotels, taverns, restaurants).
• Strong organisation and time-management — comfortable overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel across venues.
