- 8+ years of experience as a Transportation Engineer in a consulting environment or public entity
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate project tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Familiarity with Deltek Vision or similar project management software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and client meetings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation; experience with Civil 3D, OpenRoads
- Experience with DOT and Federally funded design projects is strongly desired
- 2+ years of experience with project management, including coordinating teams, preparing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
- Ability to design, manage, and deliver project tasks such as geometric layout, grading, storm drainage, green infrastructure, traffic control plans, construction staging, and more.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong background in transportation design, including experience with multimodal transportation solutions, complete streets, bikeway design, pedestrian improvements, and related projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field from an ABET/EAC-accredited program.

The pay range for this job in Atlanta is $93,500-$127,500 annually. Placement within the range is based upon experience, skill-sets, and qualifications.
The office is located in downtown Atlanta within the Fairlie Poplar Historic District. We are two blocks from Peachtree Center Station to the north and Five Points Station to the south. Our office is a part of Flatiron City, a vibrant business community with weekly social events, a coffee shop on the ground level, and walking distance to many restaurants.
