  • Capture, document, and translate business requirements into system or process changes.
  • Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, including scoping, communication, and delivery tracking.
  • Occasionally work with the broader IT team on targeted projects or business cases.
  • Perform data analysis to support business decisions and ensure data quality and governance.
  • Work hands-on with ERP, CRM, and WMS systems to support business operations and enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate with the IT Director on initiative prioritization and cross-functional coordination.
  • Assist with compliance efforts including SOX controls and audit documentation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues across procurement-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.

  • Solid understanding of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash business processes.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to SOX compliance and public company environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ITSM systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications and project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing and distribution company is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in IT, operations, or business systems roles.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
