This is a lovely varied surveying role for a recently qualified, up to 1 years post qualified Surveyor, who is looking for a change. This role focuses on the valuation of residential assets in London and throughout the UK, as well as negotiating lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.
In this role you will learn a variety of different valuation methodologies, as well as how to negotiate complex lease matters and acquisitions. You will work alongside a Senior Director who will train, mentor and support you. Your client base will varied, including institutional investors, property companies, housing authorities, landlords and individuals.
This role would suit someone with a real passion for the residential property market, who is a registered valuer but someone who wants a more challenging and engaging workflow. You will need to be very consultative and be able to build strong rapport with others. This opportunity would stand you in good stead for a career in the residential sector.
£40-45,000 + car allowance + good bonus
