Key responsibilities include maintaining proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle, organizing and documenting all equipment needed for each scheduled job, communicating clearly with customers, reading install requirements, cutting materials efficiently, determining material needs, working independently to complete jobs correctly the first time, following written and verbal directions from management, and providing excellent customer service to both clients and office staff.
