  • Overall responsibility for management of the Flex team including coordination of appropriate site coverage across the two Canberra Flex locations
  • Lead operations in two premium, purpose-built coworking destinations
  • Work with respected property leaders CBRE and ISPT
  • Be the leader of two premium coworking spaces in Canberra
  • Deliver five-star service in a dynamic, client-focused environment
  • Manage daily operations including bookings, enquiries, room set-up, AV/tech support, and catering coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary contact for all guests and clients
  • Preparation of financial reporting, responsibility over budgeting and financial tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams, building management, and external contractors
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives to drive occupancy, and contribute to precinct events and community engagement activities
