Control Engineer

Description

• Support senior engineers in programming, testing, and troubleshooting automation solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing PLC-based control systems for automated production equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process documentation, and best practices.
• Travel domestically as needed (~10–15%) to support installations and client visits.
• Maintain and optimize existing electrical and control systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated Junior Controls Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation and control systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing automation, work closely with senior engineers, and contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Siemens and Rockwell Allen Bradley PLC and HMI platforms preferred.
• Good communication skills for working with teams and clients.
• 1–3 years of experience with PLC platforms and automation systems (hands-on internships/projects acceptable).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
• Basic proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety standards and industrial automation equipment.
• Exposure to industrial robots, machine vision, or automated material handling systems is a plus.
