The role involves assembling Sycool units and non‑foam panel door and jamb assemblies according to defined processes, completing final foam panel door assembly, handling materials safely, maintaining inventory and Kanban levels, adhering to the Munters Quality System, completing in‑process quality check sheets, and observing all safety rules.
The employee may assist with various factory operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules, keep work areas clean and orderly, operate consistently with safety requirements, participate in meetings and work groups for training, issue resolution, and knowledge updates, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Use of hand and power tools, assembly fixtures, crane devices (vacuum lifters, cranes, forklifts), sheet‑metal assembly, installation of electrical, gas, and air‑conditioning equipment, equipment testing, loading finished products onto trucks, assisting in on‑the‑job training, and completing quality assurance inspection paperwork.
Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED. Required skills include mechanical and electrical blueprint reading, use of measuring devices, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
Mandatory Munters corporate orientation, quality assurance and safety awareness, and Assembly II Mechanics training. Standard work schedules may include overtime and weekend hours to meet production needs.
