- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Skill in assembling a 3D viewable model.
- Experience in electrical distribution modeling.
- Capability to model actual substation years.
- Capability to maintain the model or export it as a print.
- Approach to hole placement and setup.
- Understanding of project mating techniques.
- Ability to visualize and explain the model when disassembled.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and communicate within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the transmission industry.
- SolidWorks certification (CSWA, CSWP, CSWE).
- 1-3 years of SolidWorks experience in a drafting/design capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks.
