  • The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works, directly influencing the company’s operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and management of contracts within a defined area or project
  • Maintain all Documentation on Equans Management Systems – AIMS / FIELDVIEW
  • The Site Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Deliver Regular Tool Box Talks
  • Coordinate and manage the allocation of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery. Work closely with the planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilisation

  • Proven ability to manage resources and coordinate on-site activities effectively
  • Experience in a supervisory role within the retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works or construction industry
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card – Gold / White
  • NVQ L3/4 or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related field
  • Complete Weekly Take 5 Check
  • Sub-Contractor Inductions including Social Value Record
  • SSSTS Qualification
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
