You’ll take charge of receiving, storing, and issuing critical materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. Working closely with procurement, logistics, and construction teams, you’ll make sure the right materials are in the right place—every time. - Maintain accurate documentation for all logistics and material movements.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory data using SAP ERP (MM/WM/IM modules).
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
- Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox meetings, pre-starts, and hazard reporting.

- Strong analytical and organisational abilities.

- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP transactions and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SAP reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in warehouse/materials supervision or inventory control.
- Sound understanding of material flow and supply chain principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proven experience supervising warehouse or materials operations within construction or large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MM/WM/IM modules) is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
