The standard schedule is Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑4:00 pm, with flexibility required as job sites change. The electrician will interpret blueprints, test and inspect systems, coordinate with other trades, and mentor apprentices to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Install and maintain trade‑specific equipment and building infrastructure
- Test electrical systems for functionality, continuity, and safety compliance
- Inspect installations and troubleshoot issues
- Identify and mitigate safety risks; follow lock‑out/tag‑out procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and observe housekeeping practices
- Coordinate work with contractors, HVAC technicians, and other trades
- Communicate effectively with superintendents and project managers
- Mentor apprentices and co‑workers on safe practices and technical skills
- Organize and manage tools, equipment, and material inventories
- Submit accurate supply and material requests
- Represent the company professionally with clients and team members

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, proven experience with electrical installations, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include reading comprehension in English, completion of an apprenticeship or technical program, and proficiency with MS Office, Procore, and Fieldwire.
- Adhere to national, state, and local codes (NEC, plumbing, HVAC)
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift up to 50 lb
- Work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE
- High school diploma or GED required

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Procore, and Fieldwire or similar software
