- Spend time on construction sites for inspection duties, monitoring contractor activity, completing Daily Work Reports, and facilitating submittal reviews.
- Work under the guidance and direct supervision of a senior-level Construction Manager or Engineer to support project proposal efforts, including procurement and project controls, interpreting construction drawings, and reviewing construction submittals.

- Ability to travel to remote locations in Alaska and work long hours for extended periods of time.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Completion of at least two years in Construction Management or Civil Engineering programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail a must
- Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Gain real-world experience on exciting projects by applying standard engineering techniques and construction management practices in the field and in office settings supporting the construction administration roles.
