The Crater in the Shipping Department packages finished products by designing and building custom crates or boxes to ensure safe and secure shipping. Ideal candidates hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent, are at least 18 years old, and bring 1‑3 years of shipping or packaging experience. They must be able to stand for long periods, perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching, lift up to 100 lb, and operate power, pneumatic, and hand tools, as well as forklifts and hoists, while maintaining safety, quality, and organization.

- 1–3 years of relevant shipping/packaging experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, reaching.
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lb to heights of 4 ft and distances of 20 ft.
- Proficient with power, pneumatic, and hand tools for crate construction.
- Familiar with forklifts and hoists for heavy material handling.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Mechanical aptitude and effective tool operation.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
