  • Provide acquisition support for services and supplies, including major system acquisitions, and execute the full life-cycle acquisition requirement.
  • Support the development of requirements, market research, estimates, and other related procurement documentation to assist with the preparation of Intragovernmental Transactions in the form of Interagency Agreements (IAAs), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), and Economy Act Orders.
  • Utilize automated systems such as: Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), and Contract and Agreement Deliverable and Invoice Management System (CADIMS) for tracking and monitoring acquisition status, funding, implementation, and closeout.
  • Assist with developing and reviewing acquisition strategies, documentation, statements of objectives, source selection plans, and business cases that support acquisition decisions.
  • Support PMO efforts in ensuring financial audit readiness for agreements, orders and invoices
  • Coordinate realization of Government strategic requirements particularly CADIMS with SharePoint and other software developers as necessary.

  • Familiarity with Program Management Office requirements and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
  • Skill in contract management and ability to assess contract operations utilizing analytical methods/techniques.
  • Ability to identify conflicting areas of program concerns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe, and MS Teams.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of contract types with ability to weigh the advantages and disadvantages.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Knowledge of acquisition-related laws, policies, regulations, requirements and precedents.
  • Knowledge of Intra-Governmental Transactions such as IAAs, MIPRs, G-Invoicing and Economy Act Orders.
  • Experience – Four (4) or more years of relevant professional experience in federal or government acquisition.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent obtained from an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
