Responsibilities include following work instructions, drawings, and schematics for medium‑complexity tasks across multiple lines, cross‑training, training new hires, recognizing defective parts, and suggesting equipment or process enhancements to improve safety, quality, and productivity. The assembler must resolve problems with supervisor support, comply with safety and environmental policies, promote a culture of compliance, and undertake special projects as needed.
