The position supports SOX compliance by extracting, validating, and delivering SAP‑based data and documentation to functional management and Internal Audit for evaluation of internal controls. It also assists the Procurement organization with strategic reporting and generates reports for Global Trade Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
Key duties include creating and maintaining SOX reports, uploading them to Blackline, and coordinating approvals. The role produces procurement and trade compliance reports, processes Docusign requests for three business units, and develops spend dashboards with accurate visualizations. Additionally, the incumbent acts as the primary data source for report generation, supports new report development in SAP, and contributes to process‑improvement initiatives while training new team members.
Applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree and have 2+ years of experience in master data, purchasing, PTP, or finance functions. Mandatory SAP experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills—including complex formulas and data manipulation—are required. Candidates should possess advanced analytical, logical, and critical‑thinking abilities, effective written and oral communication, and the capacity to work independently with strong time‑management skills.
