Design, review, and supervise mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Gas)
Preparation of submittal documentations for authority approvals
Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications and local and international regulations
Carrying out HAP calculations and relevant calculations required by local authorities.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to optimize mechanical designs for efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate MEP design with civil and architectural teams
Preparation of Design Concepts and detailed specifications.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and installation practices.
Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP).
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of local and international building codes (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA).
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
