Manager - Fleet Asset

Description

• Answering technical questions relating to Fleet
• Oversee departmental ERP systems
• Input the Standardized nomenclature, CAT Codes, rates, equip family, etc. into Fleet
• Calculate dollar and time utilization
• Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data
• Oversee Equipment Utilization
• Manage project plans and milestones related to Fleet Services
• Responsible for documenting any alterations in the configuration of Fleet
• Develop and implement fleet training processes for operations
• Provide support for ongoing fleet training initiatives
• Perform routine audits on System data

Requirements

• Good analytical ability and mathematical
• Ability to interface and communicate with all tiers of
• Experience in various ERP systems, Vista, JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion preferred
• Ability to Map Process and create training documents
• Ability to network and build relationships.
• Proficient Computer Skills including process integration, Fleet Management Integration, data analytics, creating and managing Power BI
• College Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or a technical community college certificate preferred
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Power BI, JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion
• Understands account
• Strong work ethic and reliable.
• Ability to effectively supervise and improve work processes
• Good oral, written, communication, listening and presentation
• Valid driver’s
• Project management skills, including profit/loss and
• 10+ years’ experience in Asset Management, Fleet Management, Materials and or Logistics
