Working in commercial real estate involves a variety of tasks, such as finding and leasing space, advising on real estate investments, valuing properties and portfolios, developing workplace strategies, designing and delivering projects, and managing properties. This work covers all types of commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centres, distribution warehouses, student accommodation, build-to-rent residential, and more.
Through our Commercial Property Pathway, you will assist in delivering a broad range of projects for our clients, with no limits on what you can get involved in.
Throughout the programme, you’ll participate in discussion panels, Q&A sessions with senior leaders, training workshops, and networking events, all designed to enhance your development and expand your professional network.

This is a rotational pathway, meaning you will complete three rotations across various teams over the 2 year, which may include Valuations, Leasing, Investment, Capital Markets, and Occupier Services. The graduate programme will provide the tools and support required to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS accredited Graduate Surveyor by the end of your programme.

- GCSE grade ‘C/4’ in both Maths and English
