The role focuses on integrating data from laboratory, field, and historical sources into ERM databases and other data systems. You will handle data transfer and conversion tasks such as PDF‑to‑Excel, CSV imports, and dataset formatting, while developing AI‑based automation workflows to reduce repetitive manual effort. Additionally, you will create and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide project insights, performance tracking, and client‑facing reporting.
Collaboration with project teams is essential to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverable schedules, and provide query and reporting support. You will also coordinate with ERM‑and client‑contracted laboratories to ensure data quality and meet reporting objectives, maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors. Managing multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule while upholding quality standards is a key expectation.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA in environmental science, data management, analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience, and has at least three years of data‑management experience with strong analytical and database skills. Required competencies include advanced Excel, Power BI, experience with AI tools for automation, and the ability to analyze data for logic, consistency, and quality throughout project stages. Strong organizational and communication skills, independent workload management, and fluent English (written and verbal) are also required.
- Hold a BS/BA in environmental science, data management, analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of data‑management experience with strong analytical/database skills.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and Power BI; experienced with AI tools for automation.
- Strong organization, communication, and independent workload management.
- Fluent English communication—both written and verbal.
