Assume responsibility for providing a safe work environment, as well as complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Ensure subcontractors meet expectations of contract documents.
Ensure labor, material, subcontractors, and equipment cost control for all projects.
Direct and supervise the purchase of major equipment.
Ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate review and contract documents.
Develop purchasing strategies, and schedules.
Maintain client relationships and assist in development of new business.
Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.
Ensure accurate completion and updating of all required project reports.

Must be organized and detail-conscious
Two to five years or more of related work experience required.
Dependable person with good attendance and punctuality required
Must demonstrate conscientiousness and a high degree of accuracy in work product

Must exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality of company business
Good oral and written communication skills in English required
Must present professional appearance and conduct
Experience working within the building trades (design or construction) preferred; experience working with legal and insurance construction documentation helpful
Good spelling, grammar, and basic math skills required
Basic accounting skills required
Proficiency with current version of Windows, PC platform required
Familiarity with current version of Microsoft Office Suite required
Must complete work in a timely manner and prioritize workload
Must exhibit a positive, helpful attitude
Experience managing Light Industrial projects is preferred, but not required.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills a must
