Intern - Valuation & Advisory (Commercial and Residential)

• Collecting, verifying, and analysing comparable evidence and market data.
• Supporting financial analysis, rent rolls, and valuation inputs such as cash flows.
• Assisting with property inspections and site visits.
• Assisting with presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing ad hoc analytical and administrative support to the valuation teams.
• Conducting market research on property pricing, yields, supply-demand dynamics, and sector trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Agency, Research, Capital Markets, Consultancy) to strengthen insights.
• Drafting sections of valuation reports in line with RICS Valuation Standards (“Red Book”).
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date valuation databases and research records.

Whether it is working on luxury villas, apartments, and residential developments, or on offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets, interns will be immersed in valuation methodologies, market research, and professional client reporting within one of the world’s leading real estate consultancies.

• Flexible attitude towards property inspections and occasional travel.
• Keen interest in the UAE real estate market, either in residential and commercial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and research skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English essential, Arabic or additional languages advantageous.

As a Valuation Intern, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end valuation process, supporting either the Residential or Commercial team.
