The position is part of the industry‑leading Dams team, collaborating with national and international specialists to develop sustainable water solutions and to mentor the next generation of engineers.

Design mechanical systems for dam operations and equipment integration.
Inspect, investigate, and assess condition of existing dams.
Provide construction support, including work inspection, QC/QA data evaluation, and reporting.
Prepare tender documents and proposals while mentoring junior engineers.

Demonstrated mechanical design capability with reports, drawings, and specifications, preferably in the dam industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
