Evaluate and rectify an appliance problem efficiently and accurately and or install & commission an appliance in accordance with the relevant industry codes.
Work within the Perth metropolitan area.
Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart.
Ensure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards.
Respond to allocated service calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer.

Trade qualification in Plumbing
Be provided with specialised tools and equipment + Tablet/Phone + uniform.
Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.
Restricted Electrical Licence (highly regarded/desirable).

I Class Gas (highly regarded/desirable)
Current WA drivers’ licence.
