Tasks

-Perform routine system checks and update documentation for network and device configurations -Support ongoing infrastructure migration from VMware Velos SD-WAN and Aruba switching to Cisco Meraki -Collaborate with help desk and field service teams to resolve user issues -Shadow senior engineers for learning and contribute to project tasks as assigned -Participate in security audits and assist with compliance documentation -Help maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure accurate records -Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues -Assist with the configuration and deployment of network devices (routers, switches, access points)

What You Bring

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN) -Currently or previously enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related program -Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud services -Ability to work part-time (flexible schedule) -Hands-on experience with enterprise-level infrastructure -Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments -Excellent communication and organizational abilities -Exposure to Aruba or Cisco Meraki networking equipment
